Have been using this restaurant for many years.
The family who run Paras are polite, charming & very friendly.
Quite expensive but definitely a cut above your average Indian restaurant but we should call Paras a Nepal Restaurant as Nepal is a country in its own right.
The main portions are very generous & so are the side dishes so be careful on the number of side dishes you order at £4.25 a side dish it can be a waste if you cannot eat them.
We have probably gone through most of the menu over the years & their use of different spices producing different flavours is amazing.
They have a sufficient choice of wines & for the men they have a great choice of bottled Nepal Beer, which is far more interesting than the usual Kingfisher or Cobra that most sell.
Excellant Restaurant would recommend any "GOOD curry" appreciators to give it a try you will be surprised how good it is.
Paras serves traditional Nepalese cuisine.
