HIX City, which opened November 2013, is a British restaurant by Mark Hix – the cooking at HIX is led by the seasons celebrating great British produce, oysters and seafood from the British Isles, locally produced meats and steaks, and often foraged ingredients.
Nestled in the basement Mark’s Bar is the second outpost of Mark’s award-winning Soho cocktail bar, serving up late night music and cocktails championing British producers.
