Salt & Honey, located just near Connaught Place and Hyde Park, is the second restaurant from owners Joseph Antippa and chef Tyler Martin, who opened Manuka Kitchen in 2012 in Fulham.
Following in the original restaurant's footsteps, the creative menus continue to reflect Tyler Martin’s New Zealand roots, but also showcase the best of the British and western European seasonal larder. Salt & Honey’s objective is to be a welcoming, neighbourhood bistro destination, bringing the same charm and personal service of its sister establishment to the new locale.
