The Good Egg (nickname TGE) is a relaxed, wonderfully global, all-day food hub which follows a hugely successful series of streetfood appearances from the team.
Founder Joel Braham, alongside baker Oded Mizrachi and chefs Alex Coppard and Myles Broscoe have created their culinary home in a Grade II listed restaurant site on Stoke Newington Church Street. Expect lots of new trends in use from the vibrant team such as the Montreal way of curing pastrami, as opposed to the NYC way of doing it.
