Booked Pre Theatre meal Sat 14 Jan 12,got to restaurant and was very busy and told to go up winding staircase for our meal,when got there was pointed to a table in the corner without being shown there personally or our coats being taken didnt think this was good Customer Service.Decided I needed to freshen up before I placed order so joined Ladies que and found toilets quite dirty and no toilet roll in cubicals. Well that was it for me didnt ever sample food left to go and eat else where.I wouldn't reccommend!!!!

Two weeks ago, my Australian friend was dining at Ask Italian Victoria Station and had his bag stolen. It contained money (which he doesn't worry about), camera, and a diary with very important information - medical and private, and lots of contacts for the Wildlife Rescue charity he runs here in Australia. He only wants the diary back.

Unfortunately, the manager of this restaurant wasn't helpful or interested in providing any support to my friend. They were only concerned about the bill payment. As you can imagine, he was very upset.

Just wanted to let everyone know to be very diligent in watching your bags and personal belongings when dinning in Ask Italian Victoria Station.

Or don't go there at all.

Visited ASK (Victoria) during the early evening on 23rd Feb 2011. The staff were extremely friendly, not pushy in the slightest and one waitress even took my little boy off to show him the 'colouring in' wall whilst my partner and I looked at the menus. We arrived twenty minutes before someone else who was joining us for our meal, and the staff were more than happy for us to sit with a drink and wait until our friend arrived before ordering. Food arrived extremely quickly - they altered our friend's dish to her liking as she wasn't keen on some of the ingredients in the dish on the menu. Reasonable prices for what you get, as the food is really nice. Good choice on the kids menu. Would definitely return to ASK again.

Very similar to other Italian chain restaurants in London like Strada, Zizzi and Pizza Express. The food is very good and reasonably priced, the staff at this restaurant were friendly and not too pushy, which is quite often the case in other similar restaurants.

I'd eat here again but if you're looking for something different this isn't it.
