I had a great experience with this place, the food was really nice and staff were really helpful and friendly. I was clumsy enough to spill my drink on my food and to my surprise I was given a new plate of food and drink completely free straight away without asking, despite it being my fault, i Would definetly recommend this place.

Totally disagree with previous reviewer. Great pizza and buffet and friendly service. Convinient location too. Will visit again evertime I'm in London.

I decided to have the lunchtime buffet. I asked for directions to how it works (i never got it), then I decided to get up myself towards the food-i was then stopped and given a plate and forced to order my drink instantly.

I did. All the service was extremely RUDE!. The food was terrible and tasteless. I was extremely disappointed. The only plus out of my meal was the Sunday and my chilled coke.
Thats all. Everything about that store really annoys me, the pricing, the attitude of the waiters & staff, and mostly the foooood!

We ordered from the list but didn't get what we asked for. When complaining a member of the staff was very rude and they refused to change the food. And the pizza we didn't order but still get wasn't too good either. So poor service and food, don´t go.
