The name comes from that that owner-manager Juliana Kim Moustakas gave to the intimate supper clubs she held in her home "Flat 3". The supper clubs were the springboard by which hers and partner Pavel Kanja's Japanese-inspired dining gained attention and momentum. It wasn't long before the cosy dining table of her flat became just that bit too cosy, and new premises were needed...
