I was at your place last Friday and I ordered a Ramen and I complained that chicken was cold . I requested a refund.. now I still not received the refund. You took ages to to do it . Please refund my money. I have contacted the trading standards and according to they’d should have received it by now . Please do so , otherwise I will take it further. £12 you owe me
