Visited on the evening of 31st Dec 09: Very slow at taking our order, and very basic food - which would be okay for £5, but they charged us £12 each! The food appeared to be re-heated left overs from the afternoon. We were so utterly disappointed.
In summary: slow, basic and expensive.

Went to Qasser on a Wednesday evening in October 09 with a friend. Very nice atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, excellent food. We had the Moussaka, the Halloumi, and the vegetarian special. Oh, and they don't serve alcohol, but we had copious amounts of mint tea instead. Towards 10pm, we did notice the other guests had left, and staff seemed to want to go home for the night, bringing us the bill without our having asked!
But that's really the only thing I could possibly moan about. Other than that, Qasser is a great place and I'll be sure to come back - though perhaps earlier in the evening.
