Chipotle Mexican Grill, the fast-casual restaurant serving responsibly sourced, classically-cooked real food with wholesome ingredients, announced it is opening a restaurant at the popular live entertainment, leisure, and retail destination, The O2.

Opening on the 2nd August, Chipotle’s new location will launch on the Greenwich Peninsula.

This is the fourth venue Chipotle has opened this year, following the recently opened restaurant in Surrey at White Lion Walk - its first venue outside of Greater London. The restaurant also opened venues in Westfield White City Shopping Centre in June and Twickenham in April, taking the fast-casual restaurant to 17 UK locations in total.

Chipotle currently has 16 locations in the greater London area and is the only company of its size that owns and operates all of its restaurants in North America and Europe. Chipotle was recently named the best place to grab lunch at the Just Eat Best 2023 Restaurant Awards, with the brand’s burrito also earning the top trending dish in the UK in 2022, according to Deliveroo's annual report.

Chipotle is committed to Food with Integrity and serves craveable burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and salads made with real ingredients and no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives. Chipotle’s real food is cooked fresh daily with no freezers in its restaurants.

Guests visiting Chipotle at The O2 can order in-restaurant or place their orders via the Chipotle app for mobile pick-up, or place a delivery order through a third-party delivery service like Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo.

Guests visiting Chipotle at The O2 will also be able to experience Chipotle’s Chicken Al Pastor, available for a limited time, as well as the new hand-crafted quesadilla
