Ordered from here last night. Was told that they couldn't deliver after 4pm so agreed to collect. Was told to come in 20 mins. 45 mins later prefer still wasn't ready and took 10 mins before they served my other half who collected even though there was only one other customer in shop who had already been served. When we arrived home with order, 2 mushy peas were missing and was given a battered sausage when we asked for a plain sausage. Food tastes extremely greasy. Very disappointed with service and quality of food. Won't be returning

Hello, I do apologise profusely for your experience at our establishment. We did under estimate demand massively when we opened and after just spotting your review and it being dated within our first week I hope you can appreciate that we needed time to settle. We have now been running for 4 weeks and everything has been smoothed out and mistakes that we have made in our first week or 2 have been learnt from and rectified so I hope you will give us one more chance.
