Sweet Cherry

Appalling service, disgusting food, and rude staff.
Complaint was made to then be told never to come back. Safe to say I will never dine here again. Disgraceful!
Save your money and stick to mcdonalds

i think that sweet cherry restraunat is a very delicious restraunat. there food is amazing absaloutly amazing.

Went with a party for a Birthday Celabration. I have to say the dining experience ever. We went for the Sunday Buffet: there was next to no food on the buffert table; when asked if some more food was coming out, only one or two dishes were replaced. Service was non existent. Disgraceful!

I also had the misfortune to book a table at the Sweet Cherry last saturday, 5th march.It was a hugely disappointing evening. We were not offered the full choice of menus, -this seemed to cause confusion amongst the staff-. We ordered 2 set starters, one arrived and we had to remind waitress that we had ordered 2, the second arrived some 15 minutes after the first. While waiting for our main course we noticed that take aways were going out frequently, also we were served chinese tea, one pot was cold!
At one point we noticed that none of the tables in our area of the restaurant -6- had any food on them.
Having booked and arrived at 7:30 we were still waiting for our main course at 10:00 pm., so we decided to cut our losses and leave, some apologies were made, but the excuse was that the reastaurant was busy!! No concessions were made, and they even tried to levy a service charge.
We had been to this restaurant several times before , but we will never return. As we left we heard another customer complaining that he was still waiting for his dinner.

I am writing this review after spending a dismal evening at The Sweet Cherry Restaurant last night. From start to finish the service was disgraceful. We waited 2 and a half hours for our dinner and were told that the restaurant was very busy, that they were struggling to cope with take away orders as well as eat in orders. When the table next to us, who arrived much later, was served, we were told that the kitchen staff didn't know which orders to do first.
When our starters arrived they were for 2 people not 4, and a second batch had to be ordered - another wait. We ordered some green tea and were given stone cold tea. We left at 10pm having had only our starters. We asked for a reduction on the bill and were told that this would not be possible. They had automatically added service charge to our bill, which we refused to pay. Suffice to say, we will never be gracing them with our custom again.

the food was very well presented and very enjoyable.
the decor was very good and the staff were attentive,i would certainly go back again
