It's all about the steak here; Meat is sourced from the UK, Nebraska and Italy and then dry-aged on-site, in a temperature controlled, dehumidified environment. No steak finds its way onto the menu before it's full concentration of flavour has been maximised and brought to the fore.
The accompanying wine is also a source of great pride here; it is bought from 30 different suppliers to ensure that only the best of each variety is brought to the table.
