A new concept on the West End dining scene has arrived in the form of 93-cover Turkish Pizzeria restaurant, Babaji. Turkish-style pizza is called ‘pide’ (pee-DEH’) named after a type of bread made
with leavened dough that’s flattened out by hand to give it its unique shape and texture. Alongside the Pide which are scattered with toppings including Prawn, tomato, pepper & ka?ar cheese, they also serve Mezze, dishes from the Grill and Salads. The menu is surprisingly reasonably priced given the area and clientele, with average spend per head just £20.
