Just in time for summer, Chantelle Nicholson’s Covent Garden restaurant, Tredwells, has launched its new cocktail list with award-winning craft spirit and liqueur brand Ableforth’s, all to be enjoyed on the #TredwellsTerrace.

There will be five new additions to the menu created by Bar Manager, Nick Chang, who has taken inspiration from refreshing British classics and Ableforth’s creations, offering the sun worshippers of #TredwellsTerrace an innovative choice of contemporary summer libations.

Full of flavour from carefully chosen botanicals including coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, and clove, Ableforth’s was a natural choice for the team at Tredwells. Ableforth’s uncompromising use of the finest ingredients, expert techniques and fresh flavours of the delicate botanicals has a perfect synergy with the culinary philosophy of the kitchen and bar at Tredwells.

And true to Tredwells, the kitchen and bar act in perfect unison by adding a special summer twist to its signature dessert: Ableforth’s Bathtub Gin & Tonic Cheesecake.
