went here for our anniversary because we heard it was good, frankly we were very dissapointed, food is way over priced for what you get, although the food did taste good the amount they give for the amount they charge is ridiculas we have had far better for half the price. Drinks well i dont even want to go into that (day light robbery) atmosphere wasent great we had a load of stock boxes piled next to us against the wall as if it was a warhouse or stock room, service or shall i say politnes of the waiters was ok but other than that will never go back there.

Food far to expensive for such a small quantity, food was good but you would need to by two meals just to be satisfied and i am a small eater. I have had much better for far less, and the olives they handed out at the beggining were rotton. Other than that the customer service was good but that maybe becuase there was hardly anyone in there.

If you like Lebanese food and fresh juices, this IS the place to eat at local prices. I've eaten here 3 times in the last 3 months. Service WAS good. 3 people had eaten starters and main course in under an hour of walking in and place was reasonably busy. However, am waiting for 1st July when No Smoking policy kicks in to enjoy myself even further.

After eating at Karaam more than once it has been an amazing time as always, the food was fantastic, healthy, fresh and beats any Lebanese restaurant in London. The staff are very friendly and the prices are significant compared to the restaurants in the area.
I also order deliveries from this restaurant frequently and the food always arrives fresh and on time.

I think people should learn how to write before they review such an outstanding restaurant like Karaam because obviously the previous reviewers dont.

I had been to this restaurant with my wife on our anniversary, we has lots of expectations about this lebanese restaurant Unfortunately we were dissappointed with the poor service, limited choice of food especially for vegetarian, we felt the food was over priced and it was rip off. Even the atmosphere was not that welcoming especially on a weekday when restaurant is just half occupied, customer service was very poor.

more dissappointment when waiter said we had to order for a certain minimum amount.

There was only one veg main course choice which was also not available, so we were something different which was appalling including my chicken.

We regret going to Karaam restaurant.

I wasn't expecting this restaurant to be this way, since as we arrived we had to wait almost 10 minutes for a table to be available, so we thought it's pretty good.

We walked in, the atmosphere is nice but nothing special,(Lebanese pop music), and as we decided to order we found nothing worth it but Kebab and Shish Taouk along with Mezzes. The food was pretty good, I can't deny I enjoyed my chicken, but unfortunately the drinks and the service were terrible.

We were 9 persons, with 5 of us complaining about how bad their drinks were and they didn't get a replacement neither they didn't charge them for that.

If you're just in for the food, I'd recommend you go there and have a
