Cummin Up

So after ordering blind then reading the review''s online we desided to cancel the order so called up, but after the chef assured us it would be with us in 30mins so we kept the order active. Then 1hour later it still hadn'the arrived. We had to call up 3 times then when the order finally arrived it was incomplete.

Long wait, items missing and the dumplings were like frizbee's (hard and dry) and bland.. the meat dishes were nice that's about it.

Sooooo disappointed with this order. After being regular customers they completely let us down. My food did not come with the rest of the order and then it took a further hour to get my meal. I called them to ask where it was and the woman on the phone simply shouted at me frantically with no empathy that at 10pm after all my friends had eaten I still didn't have my food. The delivery woman then went to shrug at me and say 'speak to my boss, I'm going home now!'. I am disgusted with their behaviour and it really ruined my evening. The place sells beautiful food! Not enough staff, but it's essentially a take out place with amazing home-cooked West Indian food. I would recommend to ANYONE!

Not the best restaurant to visit if you looking for good service. The restaurant is in need of updating in every area. Meat dishes were salty. Fried dumplings were nice but salty, so you couldn't really enjoy it totally. It was under staffed, one in the kitchen and the other person serving customers for the takeaway service. The staff were friendly, and calm despite only two of them. You can't really called this a restaurant because they have no idea how to run it. A very disappointing experience.
