Big flavours, big food, small menu are in play at this hot opening in Soho dishing up northern Thai street food (or that's what I surmise from the menu anyway). No place for vegetarians, Smoking Goat serves rare breed meats and day boat fish direct from small production farmers and fishermen.
The Thai chillies, palm sugar and fish sauce are sourced direct from Bangkok for added authenticity, and these are used in combination with the sweet chestnut and oak cask wood barbecue.
