The Coal Shed in Brighton has been named one of the best places to eat in the UK and is set to bring the restaurant’s approach to cooking the finest steak and seafood to its new branch in one of Central London’s most sought after location this October.
The Coal Shed at One Tower Bridge sources seasonal, sustainable meat and seafood, including a range of 35-day, dry-aged Scottish steaks from the North Highlands that will be expertly cooked on hot coals. Honing the best of meat, fish and fire. The daily changing specials board will feature rare breed cuts for specialist farms. For seafood fans there is a selection of fresh fish and crustaceans from the South coast.
A range of larger plates will always be on offer to encourage people to share dishes, which is what it is all about at The Coal Shed. Every Sunday, the restaurant will put on a full sharing roast, complete with all the trimmings, perfect for the family or group gathering.
