Regretfully, after a few months off 10 years of living in London I would have to finally make a negative review on a restaurant I have dined at- not having done this before. It was more than one point that I feel that Suze failed to deliver good service and this is what has compelled me to express my distaste for the lack of care I received on reception, during the meal and ease to overcharge. The food is average- missing the light texture of fine restaurants. The prices are worthy of this regular 3 course meal but not worth sitting through the poor service and management.

1.I asked to be directed to my friend's booking for a substantial number of people. I was directed to a wrong table and then flippantly told to go to the other end of the restaurant once I told them of their error. This area was vacant- I went there by myself and no further care or assistance was offered.

2. The manager who's attention I had gained due to no entree being delivered to me when everybody had theirs, told me a friend next to me had my order and that my friend had ordered something else. My friend and I know for a fact that we ordered the same entree.

-English is my only language and the above 2 points illustrate poor ability to listen, no care to service/ attention and no qualms to lie to the customer.

3. Everyone in the party had been demanded to pay £10 deposit at least a week ahead of the dinner. On receipt of the bill we noticed that this deposit had not been taken off the bill. After this was rectified further discussion ensued among the staff in regards to the bill- signalling poor management and disarray.

Even after staff had been made aware of their shortcomings they increased their dismissive behaviour which I found rude.
