booked 2 months ago for xmas day lunch. changed the numbers a week before xmas day as we had another person to add. got there xmas day- greated by sour faced staff, hadn't placed enough seating for the number of guests and once we were seated no xmas menu offered. told us they were not now doing the xmas menu, no set price, would have to order a la carte, pay £30 for prosecco, which was supposed to be included and then found it very amusing we were not happy. we left - never go here - the staff are just hopeless and do not take responsibility for anything.
