Lydia Restaurant

We have been going to restaurant for many years now. It is incredible how the service has been the same over the years and the standard and quality of food has always been high. The portions are BIG- and great value. This is not just a place to go to for special occasions its also great to enjoy during the week for a casual meal! They have also introduced a deserts range recently- some of which are not very Turkish- but nonetheless leaves anyone with a sweet-tooth salivating over the menu!

I would recommend this restaurant to everyone who likes good food, excellent service and a warm atmosphere. Give it a go!

My partner and I have visited this restaurant on several occasions and have always enjoyed the food here. There is a large selection of hot and cold starters and main dishes. I am a vegetarian and there is a large selection of veggie starters and main courses to choose from. The servings are always large, well presented, hot and freshly cooked. Warm Turkish bread is served complimentary and very enjoyable. The prices are very reasonable and normally under £40 for two with two courses each and a bottle of wine to share. We would recommend this restaurant. The staff are always very courteous and welcoming and we never wait long for our meal. The only negative comment we have to make is that the beers and wine are often not chilled.
