Aside from twinkly lights and firs covered in tinsel, there's no sight more festive than a German Christmas market. The German Gymnasium restaurant is decking out its terrace for the winter months with not-quite nordic chalets, pine trees and nutcracker-style figurines. Food will include typical German offerings like currywurst and bratwurst hotdogs, but given that this is an upmarket eatery there'll also be caviar and oysters, of course.
