Drink 'minimal intervention' wine at a hip King's Cross bar

Don't play with your food... and don't mess with your wine

Where: The Cellar

A new bar is opening that specialises in "minimal intervention" wines, meaning that they've had as little human interference as possible during the processs of wild grapes fermenting and converting sugars into alcohol. The natural wine movement may have emerged over a decade ago, but this type of winemaking is still relatively unknown, perhaps partly due to the more sour flavours it often produces.

With the opening of the The Cellar you'll be able to sample it yourself, along with British cheeses and charcuterie.
