Where: Kitchen Theory Studio
This is not just dinner as you know it, as it's been put together by a chef and a psychologist from the University of Oxford. The concept is a thirteen-course "multisensory" menu, which basically means that as well as pairing the four main flavour groups (salty, bitter, sour, and sweet) there'll be sound and light projections on your dinner table. The idea is to heighten smell and taste by using the senses of hearing and vision. It takes place twice a month at Kitchen Theory Studio. Will it work? There's only one way to find out...
