The company is an accredited 'Ban The Box' employer, which means they have removed the tick box from job application forms that asks about criminal convictions, ensuring their hiring policy is as inclusive as possible. Their mission extends to ensuring the meals they produce are seasonal and sustainably sourced, focused on nose-to-tail and root-to-flower dishes.
