The Instagram-ready burgers only use natural extracts like turmeric and spirulina to create bright purple, blue and orange buns, and the patties themselves include things like the Jungle Burger, where an oat and red bean patty is paired with courgettes, and the Cherry Bomb, made with lentils, rice and tomato confit.
The menu also features vegan desserts like a very curious-sounding chocolate salami.
