Eat fine British cheeses while floating on the Regent's Canal

All aboard the Cheese Barge!
This must try is connected to: The Cheese Barge

From the same people as the Cheese Bar in Camden and the mouthwatering Pick and Cheese in Seven Dials (where you pick cheese off a revolving conveyor belt eatery), comes yet another novel way to sample British cheeses: aboard a double-decker boat in the Regent's Canal in Paddington.

The menu has small plates (Cornish Gouda and stout rarebit stuffed courgette), a couple of bigger sharing dishes (a baked Brie-style cheese with sourdough, potatoes and truffled mushrooms), grilled cheese sandwiches and of course, individual cheeses with thoughtful pairings like romesco, rhubarb and ginger jam and honeycomb and rosemary sugar. Ideal if you want to learn more about British cheese beyond Cheddar and Red Leicester, you'll even find a Cumbrian version of halloumi here.
