Where: The Rooftop at One Hundred Shoreditch
The trendy Ace Hotel on Shoreditch High Street has recently been replaced with One Hundred Shoreditch, but this time it comes with a rooftop bar it is labelling a 'Californian escape in East London.' Without the US states' warm climate this is going to be a tall order, so it's been filled with pink marble and cacti to emulate the look of a hip Palm Springs bar.
The menu has California crab rolls and margaritas (naturally), and if it gets too cold on the roof you can always head downstairs to the Seed Library, the bar from famous mixologist Ryan Chetiyawardana.
