Travel on the Elizabeth Line

... with added wi-fi

Where: Various

The much awaited Crossrail has finally opened, renamed the Elizabeth Line in honour of the 2022 platinum jubilee. With futuristic stations - check out Whitechapel - according to Transport for London the new line adds around 10% more capacity to central London's rail network, connecting Reading all the way across London to Abbey Wood in the south east.

Excitingly, there is wi-fi access on all the line's platforms, and this will also be introduced in the tunnels later this year, partially solving London's inexplicable issue of not having connectivity while travelling on the underground.
