Not only do the Belgians have frites, mayo, chocolate and beer, they also have cycling criterium racing throughout the year. In other words, they have it all. But guess what? We Londoners have access to the frites, the mayo, the chocolate and the beer, and most importantly, we have also have access to weekly Criterium bike racing. Who’d have thought?
