Wander around London's 'Knowledge Quarter'

Where all the big brains hang out. (Not us, obvs.)

Where: Knowledge Quarter, King’s Cross

London seems to regularly see the creation of “new” neighbourhoods, not through expansion into the home counties but because some clever entrepreneurs find a common theme between a patch of streets and give them a new combined name. One of these is the Knowledge Quarter, in an area surrounding Euston, King’s Cross and Fitzrovia where the British Library,  Wellcome Trust, British Museum, and a number of universities including UCL and Central Saint Martins are located.

The purpose of the Knowledge Quarter is primarily to increase the area’s profile and appeal to businesses, however for the visitor it’s a good way to make your way around some of the capital’s greatest educational institutions.
