Infused with spice, aroma and, of course, plenty of freshly cooked mutton – we can safely say this is one of the best curries we’ve tasted. And we’ve tasted loads. Yep, we have to hand it to Rick and his team at, er, Rick’s. They have recently re-introduced their well-loved mutton curry to the menu and it’s already going down a treat. And in a town where curry dominates the ‘eating out’ agenda, that’s quite a feat.
Oh and if you’re not into your mutton, the seafood and chorizo paella is a classic.
