Step forward Yorica, a new ice cream parlour in Soho offering vegan and allergen-free ingredients such as rice milk, vitamin-rich vanilla bean paste and natural sugars from fructose. Flavours include cookies and cream, nut-free peanut butter, and beetroot and dark chocolate.
