This Fulham restaurant takes farm to table to a whole new level. Meats and fish are smoked in-house, they make their own condiments and even the salt and cheeses. With the cheese in particular, chef and co-founder Dave Ahern lets his imagination run wild, flavouring it with everything from garlic mushrooms to smoked ham hock. He gets the ideas when creating his recipes, so if a beef dish calls for creamy horseradish, rather than source the ingredients he'll make the cheese himself. By popular demand they now sell them to take away, so you can buy their very own pickled beetroot Cheddar to take home.
