Where: Alcotraz
This isn't quite a tour around a jail block with cocktails included (oh hello food and drink PRs, feel free to get in touch for more money-spinning ideas), but the snappily named Alcotraz is the capital's very first prison-themed bar.
Naturally it takes inspiration from the infamous US prison, with convicts - in other words you, the guests - "smuggling" in their own spirits for the bartenders to wizz up the drinks with behind the bar(s). You'll find this pop-up on Brick Lane.
