Summer House Season at The Place, summer is the season for planting and developing new ideas; for experiments, novelties and new experiences.

Choreographers are developing work and presenting it to the public in TOUCH WOOD.

Thought-provoking ideas are being poured over and shared in SUMMER HOUSE SOCIALS.

Out-of-this-world performances are being shown as part of the INTERNATIONAL SEASON.

Summer House Social: Film Screening - Lars von Trier's 'The Five Obstructions'
This film is a brilliant exercise in artist development and in the exploration of composer Igor Stravinsky’s theory that an artist finds freedom in constraints and obstacles. Lars von Trier asks film maker Jørgen Leth to make 5 remakes of a short film he made in 1967.
