About the event
Eager skaters will be delighted to know that the much-loved Ice Rink Canary Wharf has extended its season for February half term. Now open until 23 February, everyone from school kids to busy parents and those who haven’t had a chance to visit yet can make the most of the opportunity to ice skate over the school break.
Featuring London’s only ‘skate path’ – a unique ice trail that leads skaters off around Canada Square Park’s iconic Big Blue sculpture by British designer Ron Arad and through a path of twinkling fairy lit trees, the rink is one of London’s not to be missed attractions this February, and one of the only outdoor ice rinks still open in the capital. Capacity is limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
Open 7 days a week until 23 February 2014
