A conference discussing twins, multiple pregnancies and multiple births in relation to genetics, fertility treatment and early development.
Appropriately (given the subject matter), the conference will be a day of two halves. The morning will be dedicated to 'TWINS IN GENETICS' (incorporating the sessions 'What Do We Know about Twins?' and 'What Can We Learn from Twins?'), while the afternoon will be dedicated to 'TWINS IN FERTILITY TREATMENT' (incorporating the sessions 'Multiple Choice Question' and 'SET in Stone? Single Embryo Transfer Policy'). In the PET tradition, following introductory presentations, the bulk of each session's running time will be devoted to discussion with input from the audience.
Confirmed speakers and chairs include George Attilakos, Dr Jordana Bell, Professor Sir John Burn, Rachel Cutting, Jane Denton, Jane Fisher, Professor John Galloway, Dr Nicky Hudson, Dr Jane Hurst, Dr Yacoub Khalaf, James Lawford Davies, Nick Jones, Sarah Norcross, Professor Marcus Pembrey, Professor Robert Plomin and Mohammed Taranissi.
Attendees have the option of booking to attend the full conference, just the morning half of the conference, or just the afternoon half of the conference. Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all attendees, regardless of which booking option they choose.
