Chor Bizarre of Mayfair is launching an exclusive ‘a la carte menu’ inspired by the authentic street food market of Old (South) Mumbai, set in its iconic and fine-dining environment.

The ‘Old Bombay Street Food Festival’ is taking place from the 10th November and runs until the 10th of December, offering an array of traditional mouth-watering dishes with a contemporary twist!

The menu has been designed to coincide with the long and cold winter days. During the season winter warmer and comfort food is exactly what we need to keep us going and beat the winter blues. Highlights of the tasting menu that you will sample include:

 an Indian burger - ‘Batata Wada Pao, Chilli Garlic Chutney’ - turmeric potato and a rich chickpea dumpling in a bun with a firey chilli, garlic and peanut chutney.

 ‘Bombay Bhel’ – golden rice puffs served with sweet red onions, fresh mango and tangy chutneys

 Phirni’ – a creamy rice milk pudding in a clay pot with saffron and silver leaf
