Her classes encourage students to sense within, feeling the subtleties of the practice and the impact on the body and mind. Emily’s teaching is greatly influenced by alan finger’s ISHTA yoga. She has studied and trained for the past few years with katrina repka in london and alan in new york. A native new yorker, angie studied and taught ISHTA yoga in ny under the guidance of teachers yogiraj alan finger, jean koerner and peter ferko. Now a londoner, she is thrilled to be sharing the ISHTA teachings to a new and growing community. Angie is a yoga alliance RYT 500 teacher.
