A series of events will launch this December harking back to the golden age of jazz and with some of London’s finest heritage bands and DJ’s, classic cocktails with a twist and an optional banquet from the acclaimed Disappearing Dining Club. Popping up in East London, just in time for the festive period, in a truly unique space complete with outdoors whisky and cigar bar, Trinity will be an unforgettable musical, visual and gastronomic feast for all the senses.

Non-dining guests can enjoy free entry before 9.30pm, and will arrive at an impressive space housing a stage, three bars and dining area. Inspired by the jazz era, the venue will be dressed and ready for a real hullabaloo. Acclaimed bands will include: The Top Shelf Band; a formidable collection of melodious miscreants, jazz and circus musicians who perform unexpected twists of musical magic and flashes of comedic absurdity. The Top Shelf Band have been booked by royalty, played alongside Lana del Rey and Paloma Faith. Dalston Gypsy Jazz Trio, who delight audiences with their Django Reinhardt-inspired sounds, The Red Roosters, one of London’s leading swing bands, Benoit Viellefon & His Orchestra, a vintage dance ensemble reminiscent of Duke Ellington, Cab Calloway and Charles Trenet, all backed up by the luscious resident DJ’s, Strawberry Blond who most recently curated 11 nights of music at the Somerset House ‘Summer Series’

Cocktails are another art form that will be celebrated during the Trinity events by Taste Consultant and Don Julio Brand Ambassador, Deano Moncrieffe. Trained in Paris and with over ten years experience working with premium drinksbands, Deano will curate a bespoke menu specifically for The Last Word events, providing some of the best cocktails this side of Detroit, with signature drinks such as Trinity, made with the finest Don Julio 1942, Brown Sugar, Orange Bitters and Prosecco, Filthy Swing a smooth blend of Don Julio Reposado, homemade Raisin Water, Fresh Lime, Agave Syrup and Chocolate Bitters and Detroit Athletic Club, a heady blend of Ketel One Vodka, Fresh Lemon, Sugar Syrup, Blackberry and Early Grey Tea. Guests will also be able to enjoy their favourite tipple with a cigar in the outdoor heated whisky and cigar bar.

For those who opt for the dining option, The Disappearing Dining Club will be providing a lavish, social and sumptuous feast. Guests will enjoy all the drama of banquet style dining with ten sharing dishes such as: Potted Salt Beef, Brick Lane Smoked Salmon, Slow Roast Pork Shoulder with Braised Borlotti Beans and Gremolata, Smoked Chicken Salad with Beetroots, Lentils and Lemon Dressing, Aubergine, Chickpea and Couscous Salad rounded of with cheese platters laden with Great British Cheeses, Grapes and Biscuits.

Trinity is the first collaboration between Creative Director, Sarah Bridge and Producer Zane Rambaran. Sarah is an independent music supervisor and event curator who has worked with clients including Warner Brothers, the BBC, Weiden & Kennedy, Amex and other global organisations.
