Surrey Human Performance
Returning to the Show in 2017, the Surrey Human Performance team will provide 1-2-1 cycling and running assessments over the four days of the event.

Delivered by Surrey Human Performance Institute's team of expert sports and exercise physiologists, the 1-2-1 sessions (worth in excess of £300 privately) consist of a thorough analysis assessing your techniques in either cycling or running.

The results of your tests will then be compiled into a comprehensive performance review and a personalised professional training plan, with detailed instructions on how you can improve - providing the in depth analysis you need to kick start your training and performance in 2017.

Swim Zone with Swim Smooth and Finis
Coming to the show in 2017, is Swim Smooth and Finis in our Swim Zone. Running athlete demonstrations, dedicated one to one coaching, and group masterclasses.
