Headline: Nigel Richards
Nigel trained at The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where he worked with Leonard Bernstein on the British stage premiere of The Mass. Since working with the composer Nigel has dedicated his career to developing new writing in musical theatre.

Nigel has worked in the West End in The Phantom in Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s), as Duke Frederick in As You Like It (Wyndhams), Grantaire & Enjolras in Les Miserables (Palace), Father Dominic in Martin Guerre (Prince Edward), Lucien Bonaparte in Napoleon (Shaftesbury) and the lead in Mark Ravenhill's Ten Plagues (Royal Court). Most recently Nigel played Egeus and Snout in A Midsummer Night's Dream at Middle Temple, one of only two places still standing in which Shakespeare himself acted.
As a result of his work with Tom Waits, Nigel headlined with Jarvis Cocker and Damon Albarn in Drifting and Tilting: The Songs of Scott Walker (Barbican). In concert, Nigel has performed in 5 Proms (as soloist with the John Wilson Orchestra), in Carousel as Jigger (Royal Festival Hall), twice as a soloist on Friday Night is Music Night, Billis in South Pacific (RTE Concert Hall) and the Les Miserables 10th Anniversary Concert (Royal Albert Hall).
