This spring, St Christopher’s Place is celebrating the onset of the outdoor dining season by hosting ‘RISE’ - a plant based installation by artist Anna Garforth. With a nod to Pantone’s colour of the year ‘Greenery’, St Christopher’s Place has teamed up with Anna Garforth to launch a unique artwork to mark the official arrival of spring.
Anna will be hosting masterclasses in a new spring lifestyle trend - Kokedama. The unique Japanese craft of planting succulents and other plants in moss-covered soil balls destined to adorn home nooks window ledges. Attendees will learn the tips and tricks to the craft and how to use the results to decorate your Kokedamas, for an instant fashionable and easy way to bring Greenery into your home with the added benefit of reducing any ‘indoor pollution’.
