Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but what's it likely to look like in ten years time?
Square Mile Coffee is very happy to be kicking off it's London Coffee Week festivities with a collaboration with the fantastic Douglas McMaster of Silo in Brighton - the UK's first zero waste restaurant. At the event, Douglas and Square Mile will be serving a shared idea of the future of breakfast upstairs at Square Mile's London coffee roastery.
Expect a focus on sustainability, the microbial elements of cuisine and of course, our take on where the future of coffee lies. Service will take place in a pop-up canteen, making for a relaxed, chatty atmosphere.
This will be a delicious, fun and memorable way to start the day before potentially heading off to the London Coffee Festival, which will be taking place only a short bus ride away.
