Salt and Time: a vegetarian Russian food popup

Experience contemporary Russian food in the heart of Shoreditch. For one weekend only, supper-club hostess and food curator, Alissa Timoshkina, will be serving delicious and innovative Russian and Eastern European cuisine. All plant-based, the dishes include her interpretation of the classic beetroot soup 'borsch', as well as an Eastern European favourite 'mushroom bigos'; you can treat yourself to Siberian tea blend with delicious prune pancakes or if you'd like something stronger then a Bloody Masha (a Russian relative of Bloody Mary) will be waiting for you! Prices range from £3 to £8.
