As part of a weeklong activation to launch The Library, Penguin Living, a bookshop in partnership with Penguin publishers will pop-up at Paddington Central from the 3rd-7th April, promoting a line of wellbeing related books.

Each day, Penguin Living will be joined by a selection of their expert authors who will be offering help and advice and running lunchtime workshops and activities. Each day will have a different theme that aims to help boost wellbeing and a healthy balanced life and every morning will begin with a 'Breakfast for the Mind', a complimentary taster pot of porridge from recipes from 26 Grains by Alex Hely-Hutchinson.

Get the week off to a bang on Monday with the LDN Muscle team, authors of Leaner, Fitter, Stronger, James Exton and Lloyd Bridger. They'll be demonstrating the perfect squat, some great stretches to get guests through the afternoon and also holding a 'plank' competition.

The Penguin Living Pop-up will then host Emma Mills on Tuesday who will talk through her top tips to get you through the hardest day of the week. On Wednesday, Melissa Hemsley will share some clever but simple, tasty but easy recipes to spice up your cooking ideas and Thursday sees Alex Frey and Autumn Totton guiding guests through their Mindfulness Project guide.

The week draws to a close with a spoon carving workshop with Barn the Spoon. Plus the Penguin Living team will be out and about sharing tips from Tom Whipple's book 'How to win Games and Beat people'.

For those particularly inspired, all books are available to buy in digital format in the pop-up bookshop. There will also be opportunities to win Penguin Living books throughout the week so make sure you drop by.
