Cooking with Coffee

In celebration of London Coffee Night, Kimbo is hosting an evening of fine dining with a twist; the cups are cast aside in favour of dishes featuring coffee as the key ingredient.

Led by food writer and chef Ursula Ferrigno, in this hands-on evening diners will help prepare the dishes before sitting down as a group to enjoy the meal over a glass of wine.

The three courses have been curated by the acclaimed chef to perfectly partner the tones of coffee with savoury meats and sweet dessert in both traditional and surprising flavour combinations.

On the menu:
Starter - Coffee marinated tuna steaks on a bed of greens
Main - Caramelized coffee spiced chicken with coffee roast root vegetables
Dessert - Classic Tiramisu

Tickets are £80 with all profits going to Project Waterfall; an initiative developed by the Allegra Foundation to bring clean water to the communities which grow coffee.
