Cooking with Coffee

Kimbo is celebrating London Coffee Night with an evening of fine dining with a twist; the cups are cast aside in favour of dishes featuring coffee as the key ingredient. To be held at La Cucina Caldesi Cookery School and led by food writer and chef Ursula Ferrigno, the event is part of UK Coffee Week.

In a hands-on evening, you will help prepare the dishes before sitting down as a group to enjoy the meal over a glass of wine. The three courses have been curated by the acclaimed chef to perfectly partner the acidic tones of coffee with savoury meats and sweet dessert in both traditional and surprising flavour combinations.

Starter: Coffee marinated tuna steaks on a bed of greens
Main: Caramelized coffee spiced chicken with coffee roast root vegetables
Dessert: Classic Tiramisu
